Unfortunately, due to their many commitments, Shannon and Jennifer are not available directly.
However, Shannon and Jennifer are available for public speaking events, as availability allows, through their agent Elizabeth Troyeur & Associates.

I have a stain I need help with - what do I do next?
We will post this step by step guide in the FAQ to make life easier.
1. Check the Stain Database
2. Post your question here in the forum
3. Send your stain request via the Support Ticket option in the Stain Database text box*

We collect all of the questions and send them off in a format that is easy for Shannon and Jennifer to read and answer as time and book tours permit.
When the reply comes in we enter it into the Stain Database
What is a FAQ
FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.
This is a common way to answer questions that many people have asked us. It means that you can look for answers quickly, just in case someone else had the same question.
What is a Stain Credit?
Originally, Stain Credits were available to allow you to get specific stain advice from our Stain Database. Earn credits by helping other people and give them to your friends.
At the moment (for the sake of simplicity) as a member of Home Palette, you have unlimited access (stain credits) to the Stain Database. We may soon bring back the Stain Credits so you will also be able to earn stain credits and share them with your friends, but for now they are sleeping.
